Peat is a rich source of natural, health-promoting substances and microelements found in peat extracted from natural deposits formed over thousands of years. Microelements, acids, proteins, carbohydrates, bitumens, tannins, and other organic compounds have estrogenic properties, positively affecting skin condition. When mixed with water, peat forms a thick paste with strengthening, bioactive, and therapeutic properties. Peat baths are especially recommended for inflammatory conditions of the musculoskeletal system, bone disorders, women’s health issues, sciatica, and other nervous or circulatory system ailments.
Hydromassage is a fundamental water therapy treatment. It uses directed streams of water, aerated and pressurized, flowing from special nozzles onto the body. The invisible water “hands” press on different muscle groups: back, neck, thighs, and calves. Hydromassage has both local and systemic effects, significantly improving well-being, enhancing blood circulation, relaxing the body, and increasing dopamine levels. Water therapies also reduce stress, stimulate the central nervous system, accelerate fat burning at the cellular level, improve blood circulation, and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
One of the most interesting forms of light therapy is Bioptron. This treatment involves illuminating specific areas of the body with solar rays that are free from harmful infrared radiation. The rays stimulate repair, immune, and biostimulatory processes in the body, fully safely (no UV radiation). Bioptron has pain-relieving effects, as illuminated areas activate the body’s own regenerative potential. It can be used for wounds, burns, various injuries, skin discoloration, and scars, accelerating healing.
Magnetronic therapy exposes the body to a magnetic field. During the treatment, you may feel gentle waves passing through the body, creating a pleasant tingling sensation. Manipulating a low-frequency electromagnetic field positively resonates with the body, activating ions that move and energize, leading to cell membrane polarization. This therapy is highly effective in supporting proper metabolism and overall body function.
Hydrotherapy is one of nature’s first, most effective therapies. Directed water streams stimulate muscle layers and target key points in the body, including reflex points on the feet. Limb whirlpools provide extraordinary relaxation and therapeutic effects. Water acupressure is especially recommended for muscle atrophy, flaccid paralysis, post-fracture or injury recovery, soft tissue injuries, cerebral palsy, and rheumatic conditions.
Light therapy is an effective method for treating skin and body conditions. The Solux lamp emits concentrated IR light, activating skin cells and supporting bioregeneration. The light mimics sunlight but without harmful UV radiation. It induces sweating, increases heart rate and blood pressure, and stimulates hormone release. Solux is recommended for inflammation, pain, neuralgia, abscesses, slow-healing wounds, skin discoloration, and scars, improving metabolism and tissue regeneration.
Cryotherapy, or cold therapy, involves exposing parts of the body to very low temperatures using a stream of cold nitrogen vapor (-150°C to -180°C). It provides pain relief and stimulates cellular regeneration through thermal shock. Cryotherapy is particularly recommended for fresh orthopedic injuries, overuse conditions, degenerative joint diseases, limb weakness, and multiple sclerosis.
General physical exercises, individual or group.
Gymnastics is a fundamental therapy for the musculoskeletal system, conducted in a gym with mats and exercise equipment under a physiotherapist’s guidance.
Exercises target the whole body, aiming to strengthen muscles, maintain joint mobility and muscle length, improve circulation, support respiratory and nervous system function, and prevent or correct postural defects. Gymnastics enhances overall strength, flexibility, and physical fitness.
The salt cave offers a truly seaside microclimate — and it works similarly on the body. Clean, ionized air relaxes and supports the treatment of many conditions: asthma, upper respiratory infections, sinusitis, hypothyroidism, psoriasis, and neurosis. The salt cave makes use of the beneficial properties of salt. Seawater baths strengthen the body, improve metabolism, and calm the nervous system. Salt tightens and cleanses the skin, protects it from free radicals, and helps with weight loss and cellulite reduction. The iodine contained in salt strengthens the mucosa, positively influencing immunity.
